What we collect and why

The public website doesn't ask for any data. If you email us, we use your address only to reply. If you have an account, we store your username, your encrypted password (Argon2id), your sessions and the bets you track, only to provide the service.

Legal basis

Replying to your enquiry (legitimate interest) and, if you have an account, providing the service (contract).

How long we keep it

Emails, for as long as needed to help you. Account data, while your account is open: if you close it, we delete it.

Who we share it with

No one for marketing purposes. It is stored by our hosting providers (Render and Neon, servers in Frankfurt, EU) acting as data processors. Emails you send us pass through Porkbun and Google (Gmail).

Cookies

Just one technical cookie to keep you logged in if you sign in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at support@betthedrop.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
