Terms of Service

1. Who we are

BetTheDrop is a brand of a Spanish limited company. Its registration details will be published here shortly; in the meantime you can write to us at support@betthedrop.com. These terms apply to the website betthedrop.com, the app at app.betthedrop.com and the BetTheDrop Telegram bot (together, “the service”).

2. The service

BetTheDrop is odds analysis software. It shows fair odds without the bookmaker's margin, the expected value (EV) of a price you enter, price-movement charts, a personal bet log and, on the Pro plan, alerts on Telegram when reference prices drop sharply.

BetTheDrop does not accept bets, does not give personal betting advice and does not guarantee any result. Odds data comes from third parties.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or over (or the legal age for gambling where you live, if higher) and use the service only where betting is legal for you. One account per person.

4. Your account

You can sign up with your email and a password or with Google. Keep your password safe and turn on two-step verification if you can. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.

5. Plans and prices

Basic: €34.99/month or €349/year. Pro: €59/month or €590/year. Prices include VAT where applicable. The yearly plan costs the same as 10 months.

Online card payment is processed by Stripe and its Link service, which may act as the reseller and merchant of record: their terms also apply to the purchase.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll remind you before a yearly renewal.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you can withdraw within 14 days of buying. Because the service starts immediately at your request, if you withdraw we refund the price minus the days already provided. See Cancellation & refunds.

8. Acceptable use

Don't share your account, resell or redistribute odds, alerts or data, scrape the service, try to break its security or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but we depend on third-party data and providers. There may be interruptions; if the service is unavailable for a long time we'll extend your plan or refund the affected days.

10. Intellectual property

The software, texts and design are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service while your plan is active.

11. Responsibility

You decide your bets. We are not liable for betting losses or for decisions made on the basis of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

12. Responsible gambling

Bet only what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop and ask for help: see our Responsible gambling page. You can delete your account at any time from Account.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes at least 30 days in advance; if you don't agree you can cancel before they apply.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country and can go to the courts of your place of residence. Write to us first at support@betthedrop.com: we answer every complaint.

15. Language and contract

The contract is in English. We keep a record of your acceptance; you can ask us for a copy.
