What lands on your phone
Every alert is a single bet, never a list. You see the sport and competition, the match and kick-off time, the market and period, the exact selection, the price before and after the drop, the margin-free fair price and the maximum stake the market accepts.

How our odds alerts work
- 01
We watch the sharp line
Moneyline, handicaps, totals and team totals across 13 sports, for the full game and for every half, set, quarter, period or map.
- 02
We spot the drop
When a price falls by more than your threshold before kick-off, the alert fires. Alternative lines from the same move are grouped, so there's no spam.
- 03
You decide in seconds
Compare with your bookmaker, check the value with one tap and track the bet with its EV if you place it.
Choose exactly which alerts you get
By default you get the drops of 15% or more that our team selects. On the Pro plan you can set your own filters instead:
- Sports: football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, volleyball, handball, baseball, American football, rugby, MMA, boxing, esports and golf.
- Markets: moneyline and 1X2, handicaps, totals and team totals.
- Drop size: from small moves to only the biggest collapses.
- Odds range: for example only prices between 1.50 and 5.00.
- Full game or periods: halves, sets, quarters and maps, or just the full game.
Why pre-match only
Live prices jump with every attack, every point and every red card, so a live drop usually means the game changed, not that informed money came in. Pre-match drops are different: they tend to reflect news or professional money, and slower bookmakers often keep the old price for a while. That's the window BetTheDrop alerts you to.
Alerts you can check, not tips you have to trust
Every alert we send is followed until kick-off and measured against the fair closing price, the most honest test there is. The results of the last 30 days are public:
Expected value against the fair closing price, not actual winnings: you can lose money even on +EV bets. How we measure it.

Reading an alert, line by line
- π ODDS DROP β14%: how much the sharp price fell. Bigger usually means stronger.
- Sport, competition, match and kick-off time, in your own time zone.
- π Market Β· period: for example βHandicap (points) Β· 1st setβ. The period matters.
- π― Selection: the exact bet to look for at your bookmaker, with its line.
- 2.12 β 1.82 Β· fair now 1.97 Β· max 350: before and after, the fair price now and the most the market accepts. Bet only if your bookmaker pays more than the fair price.
- Also dropping: other lines of the same market that moved at the same time.
