Cancellation, withdrawal & refunds

Cancel any time

Go to Account → Manage subscription and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.

When you buy, you ask us to start the service straight away. So if you withdraw, we refund what you paid minus the days already provided, worked out day by day.

How to withdraw

• Email support@betthedrop.com from your account email with “I withdraw from my BetTheDrop subscription”, your username and the date you bought it; or
• use the model form below.

We confirm receipt and refund you within 14 days, to the same payment method.

Other refunds

If the service has a long outage or something goes wrong on our side, write to us and we'll make it right with extra days or a refund.
